Due to the personal-care nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

Refunds are not available for products that have been opened or used.
